• Make-ahead theme-related contest
  To enter the make-ahead contest, design a project of your choice, based on the "Princess" theme.
  Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Email Us

• The Crop Room
  Your groups will have assigned seating in the crop room. We will automatically assign scrappers that are rooming together at the same table in the crop room.
  If there's another group of scrappers you would like to be seated with please email us.
  If you tend to get chilly, please be sure to pack a sweater or sweatshirt as it is hard to control the temperature in the crop room.
  The crop room will be available around the clock.
  Limited electrical outlets are available; those who need to be seated by one please let us know and we will do our best when assigning tables. However, do plan ahead and pack an extention cord and a roll of duct tape to secure your cord to the floor to prevent trips.
  
  
• The Scrap Yard
  The scrap yard is a place for you to sell or trade your extra scrapbook supplies. Feel free to pre-make layouts, paper piecings, punch art, and more to sell or trade.
  All items must be put in a ziplock bag with your name and asking price. Scrappers will be responsible for finding the sellers and paying them.
  The scrap yard will be available through out the entire weekend.
  For those items you have not sold by the end of the weekend and you dont want to pack up and take home, there will be a box available for donations.
  
  
• Other Retreat Info
  You may check into your room anytime after 3pm. Your room is booked by Scrapbook Princess and will be listed under one of your group's names.
  After you get yourself settled into your sleeping room you may come and register for your scrapbooking weekend.
  The crop room will not open until 3pm on Thursday. We cannot seat anyone until this time. Once inside the crop room, you will have assigned seating with your group; seating will remain the same the entire weekend.
  There is no need to pack everything up every time you leave the crop room.
  You will receive a name tag upon registration. Please wear this name tag as it helps the event staff and others identify you.
  Dinner will be served at 6pm each evening. The drink table will be avaiable all weekend long stocked with your favorite beverages. We will provide styrofoam cups with lids to help prevent spills, but feel free to bring your own cup from home. All meals will be provided from Thursday evening thru Sunday breakfast. Snacks, including sugar-free treats and veggies, will be available at all times.
  Did I mention chocolate?
  We will have a central radio going so bring your favorite cd for us to play.
  All layouts submitted for the contest must be completed start-to-finish at the retreat or be your make-and-bring theme-related project. Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.
  Breakfast is served daily from 6am-9am.
  Check out of the hotel sleeping room is 12 noon; scrapbooking in the crop room ends at 2:00pm Sunday.
  We will also be having a complete on-sight store set up for all your scrapbook needs.
